The 8th Biennial Conference of the Australasian Association for Communist and Post-Communist Studies will be held at the University of Melbourne 29-30 January 2007.

A title and abstract of up to 200 words should be received by 15 November.

The Association's primary interests are in history, the social sciences and economics, as applied to any country of the communist and post-communist world. Those with other approaches to studying such countries are invited to participate in the literature and culture section.
